Third work in The Metamorphosis series: Recontextualizing the Haitian Revolutionary ceremony at Bois-Caiman as a Bacchanal for freedom. An interracial crowd surround the priest and priestess, while a pig is scarified, and three figures play instruments key to the black contributions in western music: The fiddle, banjo, and guitar.
